It's like a drop 2 fingers bellow your belly button,
it's like water running through your spine.
It's that feeling when light is in your heart and fire is lit a part.
It's burning it's turning,it's flowing it's happening...It's working,it's smiling.
It's a wire sound ,it's a vibration rather,
it's way beyond my power.
Sense and cover, try and draw this feeling ,thats flowing through,
this water thats running through,this thing that makes me mad...
This lesson to comprehend,I'm kneeling and my power is weak,
I'm smiling and my heart is knowing,the sword that makes me cry...
That linnen between my fingers it's grinding, like oil it's sliding...
I'm tired,I'm done ...but I still think that I don't care...I know you are aware
So how should I say?how should I do?

genuinely virtuous always wins...

Every single one of us has met our Lidia. That really nice friend,who is very accepting and always seems to bring everybody together.Lidia seems to have an unlimited potential,as if she has no fears. We look at her with such admiration,it's almost like we envy her!

It's almost as if she rules the world. Her dreams are clear,her goals are set and her energy glows in the dark.
All of this makes you look at your own life from a different perspective.It gives your heart a little boost to search deeper within you and discover your hidden talents. You get to develop your inner power,set your goals and most importantly accomplish them.
Lidia knows she's strong,everyone is aware of that and so are you.Until the day you've noticed her rudeness towards you and others,the way she used that admiration that people have for her to insult them and make them feel not worth a penny.

That's when you take a deep breath and realize how lucky you are to have come across this interesting individual,because now it's time to dissect.How does she keep the 2 face game going?is she really that strong?how can you be so mean when you are getting so much love Lidia?You wonder...

That's when you've started getting even more interested and admiration turned into curiosity.You couldn't help yourself from digging deeper to look at Lidia's weaknesses in the eyes.What is this person that everyone looks up to all about?
In order for you to understand it better,you did take her rudeness right in your face and experienced her lack of respect for people while giving her well known "yellow smile".
You were extremely surprised by her sensitiveness and behaviour when people weren't acting towards her the way she wanted them to.

That's when you opened your eyes wider and thought...I'm so glad I came across this person!because now you know what Lidia does know and what she doesn't!

Now you know your goals,your hopes,your dreams and as you grow and develop,your sense will get deeper and your power brighter,but you also understand that rudeness,jealousy and disrespect are not part of being strong.

Always thank Lidia...because now,sure of your good heart,you can go ahead and be that powerful and wonderful person that values it all.

smells of smell...

Those feelings that a scent can provoke,that you sometimes might confuse with love.
You know when as soon as you pass by THAT person and catch that smell you get that tingly feeling in your stomach?You just want to kiss those lips.
Smell can do a lot, make you feel happy or sad,relaxed or excited even hungry or full.
A specific scent can remind you of a very specific moment,it can bring back memories and intrigue any kind of feeling.
Smell is endless,if you pay attention to a smell and try carefully to dissect it,sometimes you can discover that the one odour that caught your attention is actually made of a few different aromas...from the delicious smell of grandmas banana bread baking in the oven to the sexy cologne THAT person is wearing.
When you start to wonder about perfume you can get really surprised,the best way to explain it would be through an old Spanish saying;"Todo lo que brilla no es oro" wich means "all that glitters is not gold".
Starting to wonder about perfume at very young age,I've made tried making it mixing my favourite flowers with water in my mamas empty perfume sample bottles,but I was never satisfied since my homemade perfume wasn't cutting it compared to the one my parents bought for me when they went on a trip to Tetuan,a city in Northern Morocco.My perfume wasn't strong enough,it didn't have that kick to it,something was missing.So I just forgot about my method and turned to brand name synthetic perfume,always aware of the latest products by the biggest designers and collected men as well as women scents.At the age of 18 I moved to Toronto where I slowly started to become more environmentally aware and adopted a more organic lifestyle,starting by making my own cleaning products,a very dear person handed me a special book,"Fragrant Pharmacy"by Valerie Ann Worwood that's when I started getting involved with essential oils and started to make my own perfume.
I was amazed how beneficial essential oils are and and found out about the way to make real perfume,the natural stuff,the truth.Now,why did I have to go through all this to find out how the real stuff is made?I have no idea...Any how,I got to it eventually and It's extremely interesting,reading about essential oils and history of perfume making is always amazing.(Make sure you read essential oil CONTRAINDICATIONS before using them).
Freestyle is always best,in a dark vial mix your essential oils ,add your carrier ,let it sit for 6 weeks...and enjoy!.Was it planned?,No...just came up with it ;)
